Official notarial fees are subject to applicable Texas law. The fee depends on the notarial act actually performed.
Mobile notary appointments are available throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas, subject to availability.
Travel charges are based on the distance to the requested appointment location and will be discussed with you before your appointment is confirmed.
Travel pricing:
Up to 10 miles: $25
11–20 miles: $35
21–30 miles: $45
Over 30 miles: Custom travel quote
Distance and applicable travel charges will be confirmed before your appointment. Travel charges are separate from official Texas notarial fees.
Appointments may be available during evenings, on weekends, and on holidays, subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for evening, weekend, and holiday appointments. Any applicable additional charges will be disclosed and agreed upon before your appointment is confirmed.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability or confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after we discuss and agree on the appointment details and applicable charges.
